From Fright to Delight: Elizabeth’s Backyard Kittens

When Elizabeth discovered a few tiny kittens in her backyard, she knew they needed help immediately. All of them were suffering from eye infections, and one kitten’s eye was so swollen it looked almost like a marble. That was just the beginning. The next day, Elizabeth found another kitten—smaller, flea-infested, and struggling with a deformed hind leg. With the support of TAILS, she sprang into action.

The kittens received lifesaving medical care, including medication for their eyes and treatment for ringworm. Through endless cuddles, feeding bottles, and tender care, even the tiniest, sickest kitten began to thrive. Mocha, once blind with a deformed leg, now navigates her home confidently, while Misty, who lost sight in one eye, is lively and playful. Milo, the only boy, recovered from severe ringworm, joining his sisters in their newfound health and happiness.
