T.A.I.L.S. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to helping reduce high euthanasia rates by raising funds and awareness for spaying and neutering, resulting in the needless suffering of animal overpopulation. We are funded solely by public and private donations, and comprised of volunteers with no paid staff.
