The online application tool has been disabled as of today due to our inability to process them prior to the start of our event. Filling it out ahead of time will save you a lot of time onsite.

After putting an application in we will get back to you ASAP. (Please keep in mind we are all volunteers and working as fast as we can.) Here are answers to FAQ that we have gotten:
• It is not possible to adopt prior to the 17th - so all pups are still available.
• An approved application means you have been approved to adopt, not that you get or need to have selected the exact dog based on an online picture and write up that we have supplied. We want you to make that special connection with the right dog for you and the dog.
• Pre-approved applications take priority – and are invited early – to see/meet-greet/adopt the pups. If you are pre approved – bring your “Congratulations” email with you to the early time noted in that email. To be pre-approved (in order to give us time to process) please submit your application by Wednesday, May 15th; submissions after that cannot be guaranteed to be processed in time. (We'll do our best of course!)
• If you rent – it is MANDATORY that we speak with your landlord. So please make sure your landlord is reachable.
Please also note that the new pup's entire immediate family should be present when coming to the adoption event - - this includes any other dogs in your household (this is mandatory).

More than 70 lovable, family-friendly dogs will be in our area for Puppy Palooza, our pet adoption extravaganza taking place at Petco, 431 Westport Avenue, Norwalk and which is substantially underwritten through a grant from the Petco Foundation. You can meet these adorable canines seeking forever homes between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, May 18th & 19th. We will have pictures and bios of the pups posted on our site on/about April 28th and an application can be put in at any time for one of the pups - although we HIGHLY encourage you to put an application as soon as possible. Each pup will have been spayed or neutered, given all shots (age appropriate), microchipped and come with a free month of pet insurance. The fee for adoption is $350 - which includes all of the care prior to adoption: spay/neuter, shots, loads of love, feeding and housing of your future fabulous, family-friendly pup!
If you'd like to help via a donation - we can use all sorts of things - food (for the 4 AND 2 legged participants), linens (towels, blankets, sheets, etc, for the dogs to sleep on), cardboard (for the dog crates) and - of course - if you'd like to give a monetary donation you can make a one time donation or a recurring donation by clicking here to
